More and more people are questioning why the Biden has decided to keep our nation’s capital under military occupation for another two months. A spokesman for the National Guard said that Federal law enforcement officials, including the Secret Service, had requested that up to 7,000 National Guard Troops remain in D.C. through March 12. It is unclear, however, what is there mission as federal authorities have provided no explanation of any conceivable threat that would require their presence. Just why are they there?
On Sunday, Sen. Tom Cotton (R.-Arkansas) told Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo:
Look, I’m on the Senate intelligence committee. I’ve consulted with Senate leadership. I’m not aware of threat reporting that suggests we need 7,000 troops and razor wire around the Capitol.
On Monday, former congresswomen Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) tweeted out a question to President Biden:
President @JoeBiden, have you declared martial law? Because that is what it’s starting to look and feel like. Let our troops get back home to their families.
Gabbard asks a good question. As there is no reported threat to justify the continued presence of the National Guard, we can only conclude that this is part of the Biden regime’s ‘insurrection theater.’
Our National Guard troops are being used as props in a deliberate disinformation campaign to convince the American public that Trump supporters are domestic terrorists. Biden and the Democrats in Congress will then use this ‘threat’ to justify anti-terrorist legislation that will target a pro-Trump insurgency.
I’ll leave the last word with Rep. Gabbard, who told Fox News that she was very concerned about a new bill proposed by Rep. Adam Schiff seeking to expand the definition of domestic terrorism. She warned:
It’s so dangerous, as you guys have been talking about, this is an issue that all Democrats, Republicans, independents, Libertarians should be extremely concerned about, especially because we don’t have to guess about where this goes or how this ends.
